Bret has been a health and wellness specialist for over 15 years as a Fitness Professional, Educator and Martial Arts Instuctor. His career has spanned the specialties of treating young athletes as an Assistant Athletic Trainer, to the classroom as a Health and Physical Educator and most recently as a Fitness Instructor for individuals seeking healthier and happier lives.

Bret now continues his lifelong career goal of opening The Move Strong Studio specializing in helping clients achieve a vital and healthy lifestyle. Here, Bret will help clients not only feel better with movement and fitness practices that stress proper body mechanics he will empower clients on how to achieve strength from the inside out helping his clients live, move and exercise at their very best.
